In general we do not accept returns other than what falls under our DOA Warranty Policy.

That being said we do not want you unhappy with your order, so please email us within 5 days of your order being delivered explaining the issues & we will do what we can to help you.

Return shipping cost is buyers responsibly, unless item is deemed DOA.

DOA Warranty Policy
DOA (Deficient On Arrival) Policy covers a product having hardware failure due to manufacturing defects within a period not exceeding 7 calendar days from delivery date & does not cover damage caused by user.

Info we need from you is product serial number, photographic documentation of the damage, and a detailed description of the issue.

Other than our DOA warranty, all other warranty issues you will need to contact the manufacture if warranty is still available.
