DOA Warranty Policy
DOA (Deficient On Arrival) Policy covers a product having hardware failure due to manufacturing defects within a period not exceeding 7 calendar days from delivery date & does not cover damage caused by user. Pictures of the shipping box, & item will be required

Refund Policy
For Cryptocurrency refunds, please refer to out Cryptocurrency policy page
Interac e-Transfer (Canada Only) refunds will be processed through PayPal.
All other refunds not mentioned above are process like normal through the method of payment.

Canceling An Order
Your are able to cancel your order in your orders tab under your account page. Orders will only be able to be cancelled if the order is not currently shipped & requires approval from us.

In the case of a cancelled order, Stripe (Credit Cards) & PayPal we do not process the payment until the order has been shipped, so we will just cancel the pre-auth. Please note we cannot pre-auth Cryptocurrency & Interac payments
